Welcome to Velune. By accessing or using our App and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

1. Accounts and Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

2. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis.

• Auto-Renewal: At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Velune cancels it.
• Pricing: Velune's Premium Subscription is priced at $4.99 per month. Prices may be subject to change, but you will be notified in advance.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Velune customer support team. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term, and you will not be charged again. You will retain access to the Premium features until the end of your current billing period.

4. Refund Policy

Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable. However, we want you to be satisfied with our service. If you believe you have been billed in error or have a significant issue with the service, please contact us at support@velune.com within 14 days of your purchase, and we will evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of Velune, you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not use the service in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• Not attempt to interfere with the proper working of the service, including bypassing security features or introducing malicious code.
• Understand that the AI-generated insights are for self-reflection and personal growth purposes only, and do not constitute professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Velune and its licensors.
