• To provide personalized AI insights: Your journal entries and mood data are processed to provide personalized self-reflection guidance and insights.
• To send administrative information to you: We may use your personal information to send you product, service, and new feature information and/or information about changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.
• To fulfill and manage your orders: We may use your information to fulfill and manage your subscriptions, payments, and refunds made through the App.

• OpenAI: We use OpenAI APIs to generate personalized insights based on your text inputs. Your inputs are sent to OpenAI servers for processing but are not used by OpenAI to train their models.
• Payment Processors (e.g., Paddle): We use third-party services for payment processing. We will not store or collect your payment card details.
• Analytics: We use standard analytics tools to understand how users interact with our website to improve our service.

4. How long do we keep your information?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). When you delete your account, your personal data and journal entries will be permanently deleted from our active systems.
